- We can provide support to you and your family by connecting you to experienced and compassionate providers from wherever you may be; at home, at work, enjoying a picnic, or even sitting in your car waiting to pick up the kids from school, using our secure tele-health patient portal.
- Or come see us in person at our Roseburg, Oregon office. It is quite comfortable, we want you to be able to relax and feel safe.
- We treat all ages, from adolescents to the elderly.
- We are also open to various work schedules. If you need early morning, or late evening appointments, we will do our best to make it happen. Because we want to help you, where you are, and get you moving forward.
- We accept many insurance companies. Call the office to check if we accept yours. We also offer a sliding scale for cash patients.
Meredith Concepcion
Therapist, LCSW
Meredith has had a long career in mental health services and opened Umpqua Family Therapy, LLC to provide a next level service to the community. She is an Army veteran who places a high value on her education, continuously furthering her knowledge and expertise to bring you the latest evidence based practice necessary for healing.
Ryan Cooper
Therapist, CSWA
Ryan is a United States Coast Guard veteran with another 10 years in law enforcement. Previous employment includes working as a Homeless Outreach Coordinator, Suicide Prevention Case Manager, and Mobile Crisis Social Worker. He offers individual counseling specializing in PTSD, vicarious trauma, and depression.

An Army veteran, Rummy can navigate various issues including anxiety, depression, substance addiction, PTSD, anger, and more. He is focused on the individual client including solution-focused, person-in-environment, cognitive behavioral therapy and more.

Monica Shorb
Therapist, CSWA
Monica is an veteran of the United States Air Force and received her Masters in Social Work from USC. Her client focus is on women with trauma, relationship issues, grief, depression, anxiety, and sexual trauma. Adolescents from age 11-17 years and adults. Practicing empathy, compassion, and support, I use a solution-focused therapeutic approach.
