Meredith has had a long and dedicated career in mental health services and founded Umpqua Family Therapy to provide next-level care to her community. She is an Army veteran who places a strong value on education, continually expanding her knowledge and expertise to offer the most current, evidence-based practices for healing.
Meredith is a licensed social worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and is committed to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet the diverse needs of those she serves.

John Fett
Therapist, QMHP
John Fett is a Marine veteran who served two tours in Iraq, experiences that shaped his deep understanding of trauma, anxiety, and depression. He works with children, adults, and couples, supporting each person in discovering their capacity for growth, healing, and positive change.

Christine Hayes
Therapist, Pre-Licensed Professional, MA
Christine Hayes is a Professional Counseling Associate who works with individuals ages 10 and up, including teens, adults, and couples. She is dedicated to supporting clients through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and care.
Christine is developing specializations in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, cancer support, domestic violence, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ issues, and suicide prevention. She strives to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, Christine welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds and feels honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and well-being, whether in person or through telehealth.

Rummy Rodriguez Anchia
Therapist, CSWA
Rummy is an Army veteran who supports individuals navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, and related concerns. He utilizes a client-centered approach and evidence-based practices to promote meaningful healing and personal growth. Upon request, he offers Christian faith-based counseling, thoughtfully integrating spiritual principles into the therapeutic process.Rummy also provides marriage counseling, helping couples improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen their relationships.
He is currently a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) and is working toward full licensure in social work.

Hilary Bons
MSW Intern, CCMC Certified Case Manager
Hilary is a nationally certified case manager with more than sixteen years of experience in medical and social service case management. Her career began working with adults with developmental disabilities, and she has since had the privilege of supporting individuals within HIV/AIDS, transgender, behavioral health, Medicaid, and Medicare communities through compassionate, client-centered care.
Hilary is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree while providing both in-person and Telehealth support for clients seeking case management and therapy services. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, affirming environment where individuals feel heard, empowered, and connected to the resources and care they need to thrive.
Amanda Rense
Student Intern Therapist, QMHA-R
Amanda has a BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and is currently completing her Master's in Social Work at Walden University. She brings a compassionate, holistic perspective to her work, supporting clients of all ages. Amanda is especially passionate about working with adolescents and neurodivergent individuals, creating a safe space where growth and self-understanding can occur.
Thomas Barber
Student Intern Therapist
Thomas is a graduate counseling student pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Mary. He is dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic space for clients navigating life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. Under the supervision of a licensed professional, he collaborates with clients to build coping skills, explore strengths, and foster growth and resilience.
His developing approach integrates strengths-based and solution-focused therapies within a person-centered foundation. Thomas also has a passion for incorporating Christian faith into counseling when it aligns with clients’ values and preferences. He believes that exploring the whole person can support meaningful change and help individuals overcome life’s challenges.

Stefanie Cooper
Office Manager
For the past three years, I have served as the Office Manager for UFT, where I oversee daily operations and ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly. In addition to managing administrative workflows, I serve as the bookkeeper and primary business contact, handling financial records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting both staff and clients with professionalism and care. With a strong understanding of both business operations and client service, I bring a balanced, people-focused approach to office management while maintaining accuracy and accountability behind the scenes.

I’m currently part of the office team while also completing my master’s in social work through my internship here. I earned my bachelor’s degree in international affairs from East Tennessee State University. While living in East Tennessee, I had the opportunity to work with a nonprofit organization, where I discovered a deeper passion for supporting and serving others. My experiences have shaped my commitment to helping communities and being part of work that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
